Accounts Assistant
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a manufacturing business based in Basingstoke. This is a permanent position working part time of 15 hours per week.
Responsibilities as an Accounts Assistant:
1. Posting of invoices and purchase orders into Sage
2. Raising sales invoices
3. Monitoring account email
4. Analysing employee expenses
5. Analyse of sales by products
6. Stocktake assessment and valuation
7. Covering payroll duties in absence of Finance Manager
Requirements:
8. Previous Accounts experience
9. Sage proficient
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
11. Self sufficient
12. Happy to undertake a DBS Check
The Accounts Assistant Role:
13. 15 hours per week (flexible with days and working times)
14. Office based in Basingstoke
15. £16 - £17 per hour depending on experience
16. 25 days holiday pro rata
