Salary: 32 hours - £28,688 OTE, 24 hours - £22,416 OTE, 16 hours - £16,144 OTE

As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be passionate and friendly, whilst providing first‑class service delivering the highest standard of therapeutic, holistic and wellbeing treatments. You will be confident with facials, massages and nail treatments.

Responsibilities
* Carry out all spa treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to.
* Follow Champneys protocols and training programmes to offer the best service to our guests.
* Have a thorough knowledge of the club & spa and hotel facilities and rules, and advise customers accordingly.
* Be responsible for your working areas and ensure equipment is fully operational, clean and report defects to maintenance via the manager on duty.
* Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and use safe work practices.
* Attend any appropriate training courses required for your therapist grade.
* Liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the manager and receptionists regarding scheduled treatments, changes, additions, and shift changes.
* Keep up to date with developments relating to product ranges and new treatments.
* Give professional advice to guests via talks and demonstrations, spa tours and promotional events.
* Provide ultimate client care to all guests, giving them an unforgettable and lasting treatment experience.
* Maximise revenue opportunities in accordance with your targets and seek assistance if additional support or training is needed.
* Recommend suitable home‑care for guests to continue their results at home.
* Provide mentorship to more junior therapists, sharing knowledge and experience.
* Provide premier guests with skin consultation appointments and a full home‑care prescription.
Shift Times
Monday to Sunday, with patterns including shifts of:
* 10:00 – 19:00
* 11:00 – 20:00
Weekends are worked alternatively.

Requirements
* L3 qualified in Beauty Therapy
* Preferably trained with either Clarins or Elemis
* Attention to detail and passion to offer unforgettable service
* Previous experience working for a luxury brand for 2+ years
* Friendly, approachable and professional
