HIAB Driver – Leighton Buzzard
Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced HIAB Driver in Leighton Buzzard to support a well-established construction materials supplier. This role involves operating an HGV1 or HGV2 vehicle fitted with a HIAB hook attachment, delivering to construction sites across the region. Early morning starts provide an excellent work–life balance, with competitive hourly rates.

Salary: £18.00 – £19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
1. Operate an HGV1 or HGV2 vehicle equipped with a HIAB hook attachment.
2. Deliver building materials safely and efficiently to construction sites.
3. Secure all loads correctly in accordance with safety standards.
4. Follow all site rules, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.
5. Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and vehicle checks.
Essential Skills & Experience
6. Valid HGV1 or HGV2 licence.
7. HIAB (Hook Attachment) certification.
8. Current CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
9. Previous HIAB driving experience essential.
10. Good understanding of construction site delivery requirements.
11. Professional, reliable, and safety-focused attitude.
