IT Support role for a Bromley based company. 5 days in the head office in Bromley up to 30k This is a great opportunity for someone with a year plus IT Support experience to grow your IT skills and knowledge. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be providing essential support to multiple users Be a part of the team on their exciting digital transformation journey, and you will play a key role in enhancing our Operations and Central Services systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide responsive IT support to end-users, both onsite and remotely Monitor and manage the IT support ticket queue, ensuring timely resolution Prioritise and escalate technical issues as needed Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions Develop strong relationships with users to understand and resolve their concerns Utilise diagnostic tools and knowledge bases for troubleshooting Configure and maintain user profiles and system access Assist with hardware setup, installation, and maintenance Support key applications, includingWindows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 Skills & Experience Required: At least one year of experience in an IT Support role Proficiency withMicrosoft Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and hardware troubleshooting Experience withAndroid and iOS devices(preferably in an MDM environment) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities A passion for delivering top-tier customer service Experience working within SLA-driven environments 5 days in the head office in Bromley 30k If this is of interest can you get back to me with your contact number and a suitable time to speak to discuss the role in full detail.
