We’re excited to be partnering with a leading, long-established FMCG Manufacturer, renowned for quality and innovation. As the business continues to invest and grow, they are seeking an Engineering Project Manager to take ownership of major capital projects - ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of site-based capital projects, from scoping through to completion.
* Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource needs.
* Develop and manage communication and reporting plans for stakeholders.
* Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines effectively.
* Track progress, monitor risks, and implement corrective actions when required.
* Ensure projects comply with all health & safety and food safety regulations.
* Prepare and deliver reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and solutions.
* Implement and manage change to achieve project outcomes.
* Lead quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
* Conduct post-project reviews to assess outcomes and identify improvements.
* Support and collaborate with wider project teams and business units.
* Flexibility to travel to other sites as required.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree educated or similar - with a strong technical background.
* Ideally Project Management Qualification or similar (e.g. PRINCE2)
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale capital projects (>£1M budget).
* Strong experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management.
* Experience managing projects across multi-site operations.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
