The Role: This isn't a figurehead GM role. You'll be leading from the front, developing key relationships with international distributors and partners, driving new business, and ensuring operational excellence across sales, supply chain and operations. You'll bring the commercial expertise and sales energy needed to move the business forward, backed by a capable team and you'll be expected to influence, improve, and deliver across all functions, while shaping growth for the next chapter.
