Job Title: Senior Town Planner
Salary: 45,000 - 55,000

Ideally we're looking for candidates with skills in the following areas:
* Minimum 3 years' professional planning experience (public or private sector)
* Town planning degree or related qualification
* Strong knowledge of the planning system and wide-ranging planning issues
* Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
* Project management and prioritization skills
* Commercial awareness and client-focused approach
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing commercial planning advice to diverse clients
* Preparing high-quality planning reports and submissions
* Managing technical consultants and coordinating project teams
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Leading stakeholder engagement with planning authorities
* Contributing to office growth and business development
