For this reason, we are hiring a brilliant Hospitality Floor Duty Manager to work in one of our prestigious contract Job description Your key responsibilities as the Floor Manager will consist of: Ensure all function rooms and events are set up prior to service time Ensure constant replenishment of buffets throughout service Ensure attractive presentation of food throughout service Ensure the smooth running of all morning and evening services as required Ensure that all policies, procedural requirements and legislation of both client and company are adhered to in order to promote a professional and forward approach at all times Ensure that administration is maintained to the highest standards on a consistent basis Ensure that staff are committed to their job roles to provide a consistent high quality service Skills & Experience The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Floor Manager include: Experience working on multiple events Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel Effective communication Brilliant Work Deserves Brilliant Perks!
