Are you a passionate Early Years educator with a love for nature and a gift for inspiring young minds? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Randstad is seeking a dedicated Reception Teacher to join a vibrant school in Crawley, starting this September.
About The Role
This is more than just a teaching position; its about fostering a curiosity:led approach to learning, incorporating nature forestry, and providing a stimulating environment for our young learners. You will play a key role in shaping the foundational learning of our students through creative, play:based methods.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and stimulating lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
* Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning.
* Integrate forest school principles and outdoor exploration into daily activities.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
* Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback to parents.

Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
