3. Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
4. Conducting all necessary searches and preparing detailed reports
5. Providing excellent client care and clear communication throughout
6. Liaising effectively with estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
7. Ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

8. A solicitor from newly qualified upwards
9. Experienced in handling purchases, sales, remortgages, and title transfers
10. Skilled in managing multiple transactions efficiently and accurately
11. Confident in advising clients and maintaining professional relationships
12. Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
