Our client is now looking for an additional talented Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their friendly and supportive team to manage a varied caseload comprising:

* Freehold Sales and Purchases
\n\t
* Property Development and Associated Agreements
\n\t
* Residential Development
\n\t
* Funding
\n\t
* Pension Fund Transactions
\n\t
* Landlord and Tenant matters
\n\t
* Agricultural/Rural Land
\n\t
* Title Investigation and Rectification Clawback Overage
\n\t
* Pre-Emption Agreements Requirements
\n\n\n
About You:
\n\n
\n\t
* Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer
\n\t
* Upwards of 2 years’ PQE and broad ranging Commercial Property experience
\n\t
* Commercially minded with strong interpersonal skills
\n\t
* Confident building and maintaining client relationships
\n\n\n
