These Support Worker roles at Wemyss House involves working on a rota covering a variety of shift patterns betweenday shift and back shift, including some weekends. Both part time and full time hours are available. The SupportWorker will:

About the Role:
The support we provide is always person-centred, trauma-informed and wellbeing focused. As an Intensive FloatingSupport Worker, you’ll work in the community to provide a wide range of flexible intensive support toindividuals to encourage independence to maintain and sustain a tenancy and adapt to community life.
Main Responsibilities:
This Intensive Floating Support Worker will be covering support to up to 5 semi-independent flats in the communityand also proving support to our LaPorte service which is for unaccompanied young people. There will be arequirement to work at Falkirk Hub service where needed. Applicant must be a driver and willing to add businessinsurance to their policy. This role is working on a rota covering various shift patterns including someweekends. This role involves working 20 hours per week. The Intensive Floating Support Worker will:
* Provide intervention and a range of supports for new referrals and existing Supported People in Blue Triangle’ssupported accommodation services and move-on accommodation.
* To provide trauma-informed, person-centred,and wellbeing-focused support for people supported by Blue Triangle.
* To support, review, monitor andevaluate through our SHARP monitoring tool to achieve a positive person-centered outcome for the people we workwith in line with Blue Triangle’s statutory and legislative requirements.
* To support peopletransitioning from supported accommodation into the local community or referred from other sources, helping themon their personal pathway towards a settled tenancy, building their tenancy and life managementskills.
