About the School
This outstanding specialist setting supports primary-aged pupils (5–11) who present with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, including associated special educational needs such as autism. Pupils are typically on Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and benefit from high staffing levels and a nurturing, calm environment that enables them to thrive.

The Role
As a full-time SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide high-quality support to pupils with complex needs, helping them access learning and manage behaviour positively.
Work as part of a collaborative, experienced team to implement strategies that promote resilience, wellbeing and engagement.
Support the delivery of bespoke interventions and contribute to pupil progress and development.
This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, patient, and committed to making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable learners.
