Priory Concept Group are looking to recruit a PPM Compliance Coordinator. The Fire Door Compliance & PPM Coordinator is responsible for managing the planning, coordination, documentation, and reporting of fire door Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) inspections. The role ensures all fire door assets are inspected in line with statutory requirements, defects are tracked through to resolution, and accurate compliance records are maintained for audit and regulatory purposes.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule fire door PPM inspections across all sites
* Maintain the fire door asset register, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
* Collate inspection reports, identify non-compliances, and track remedial actions to completion
* Produce compliance reports for internal stakeholders, auditors, and external bodies
* Monitor inspection frequencies and ensure statutory deadlines are met
* Act as the central point of contact for fire door inspectors, contractors, and internal teams
* Support audits by providing evidence packs, inspection histories, and certification
* Continuously review processes to improve reporting accuracy and compliance visibility
Skills & Experience
* Experience in compliance, facilities management, or building safety administration
* Strong understanding of PPM processes (fire safety knowledge desirable but not essential)
* Excellent organisational and reporting skills
* High attention to detail and confidence managing compliance data
* Competent in Excel / CAFM systems / compliance management software
* Strong communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders
