On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing manufacturer where you will lead the engineering function, oversee maintenance operations, and help deliver continuous improvement across the site. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to strengthen their leadership team with the addition of an Engineering Manager. Within this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day engineering operations across the site, leading the maintenance team, improving preventative maintenance strategies, and supporting production to minimise downtime and maximise plant utilisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join a successful manufacturer, take ownership of engineering performance, and play a key role in driving operational excellence across the site.
