Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce
Ensure all work is completed to required quality and safety standards
Coordinate subcontractors and manage scheduling
Conduct site inspections and address any issues promptly
Maintain accurate site documentation and reports
Support project managers in delivering projects on time and within budget
Promote a safe working environment and enforce company policiesRequirements
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
Strong understanding of H&S regulations and site procedures
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Gold CSCS Card (minimum) needed
SSSTS/SMSTS qualification needed
