Accuflex has a great opportunity for a talented and motivated Solicitor (NQ up to 5 years PQE) with experience in Private Client to join our client, a well-established regional law firm, in Cumbria.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting wills (simple and complex).
* Estate administration and probate applications.
* Lasting Powers of Attorney.
* Tax and estate planning support.
Required Experience:
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales).
* Experience in wills, trusts and probate.
* Strong client-facing skills.
