Job Description
3. Prepare and consolidate group financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements.
4. Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
5. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory standards.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls.
7. Support external audit processes, including liaising with auditors as needed.
8. Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to key stakeholders.
9. Evaluate financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.
10. Assist in the implementation of new financial systems and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Group Financial Accountant should have:
11. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
12. Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
13. Experience in group consolidations and statutory reporting within the property industry.
14. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
15. An analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
16. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
17. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
