Construction Solicitor, Birmingham, 4+ Years PQE, Birmingham / Hybrid, £80,000+ (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and collaborative environment with the chance to work alongside experienced industry leaders.

THE ROLE:
* Involved in a broad range of non‑contentious construction matters, spanning key sectors including retail, housing, student accommodation, hospitality, and regeneration.
* A varied caseload to include pre‑contract procurement advice, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts and documentation, and advising on project delivery and risk management.
* Building strong client relationships and understanding their commercial objectives.
* Supervision of more junior members of the team.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Construction Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills across a range of construction contracts and appointments.
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders across varied projects.
* A proactive approach to building internal and external relationships.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work efficiently.
* A commercial mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
