Overview
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be the backbone of the team as you’ll be working with the Maintenance Manager to inspire and motivate your colleagues, ensuring that all guests have memorable experiences with us. You’ll be stepping into a busy role, overseeing daily maintenance tasks and general Health and Safety requirements, and inspiring a vibrant team to exceed our guests’ expectations.

Ideal Maintenance Supervisor
* Be yourself
* Proven experience in a similar role within Hospitality
* Proven ability in one or more of the following skills: electrical, plumbing, carpentry
* Great communicator to collaborate with other hotel departments and maintain Leonardo standard facilities
* Motivate the team and coach new team members
