Key Role Responsibilities:
* Drive the acquisition of new commercial clients through consultative, value-led selling.
* Manage and grow a high-performing pipeline, from initial outreach through to contract close.
* Develop tailored VAR and IT solutions aligned to client needs – from infrastructure to Microsoft cloud offerings.
* Collaborate with pre-sales, procurement, and service delivery teams to create compelling proposals.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM records, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
* Consistently meet or exceed gross profit targets and KPIs.
Key Attributes Required:
* 3+ years’ experience in IT VAR/reseller sales with a strong track record of new business development.
* Deep understanding of Microsoft technology stacks, including licensing and cloud solutions.
* Proven ability to manage complex solution sales cycles and engage C-level stakeholders.
* Strong commercial and strategic thinking with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Experience using CRM systems and working in data-driven sales environments.
