Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Driving growth and aligning with the company's global objectives.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 10+ years of experience in education, strategy and operations or sales operations.
* Experience working with executives in an advisory role, and building and managing teams.
* Ability to analyse complex data and synthesize into actionable business insights.
* Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced environments with time‑management and prioritisation skills.
* Experience leading cross‑functional operational and strategic initiatives.
* Ability to manage executive stakeholders and communicate with the technical management team.
* Proven track record of driving growth and excellence within coaching, consulting, or executive leadership environments.
* Strong commercial acumen and a people‑centric leadership style that fosters innovation and engagement.
