Senior Employment Paralegal
Award-winning global law firm is seeking a highly motivated Senior Employment Paralegal who has extensive tribunal experience, and a history of managing their own caseload of tribunal claims, to join their dynamic team in London.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Employment Paralegal:

* Manage own busy tribunal case load from ACAS EC stage to completion
* Draft risk assessments, compile disclosure, draft witness statements, and prepare for final hearing
* Maintain regular communication with client, including providing updates and advice as needed
\n
Skills & Requirements of the Senior Employment Paralegal:
\n
* Proven experience as an Employment Paralegal within a law firm
* Must have experience managing a busy caseload
* Extensive tribunal experience is essential
