Located in the historic West End neighborhood of Portland, Maine, 75 State Street is a nonprofit senior community that offers a continuum of care, including Independent Living and Assisted Living. What We're Looking For

* Excellent judgment and a caring attitude
* Detail-oriented with strong oral and written communication skills
* Interpersonal skills to relate effectively to individuals from diverse backgrounds
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additionally, you should have:
* A license as a Nurse, Social Worker, or Healthcare professional with experience in senior living
* A minimum of two years of management experience in a senior living care setting
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency with technology, including MS Office
* Ability to handle challenging family and resident situations
* A comprehensive understanding of residents’ rights
* Leadership skills and the ability to work occasional weekends
