A growing residential property services company is seeking experienced Property Handover Cleaners to assist with move-out cleaning appointments across residential homes and apartments.
The role involves carrying out detailed cleans after tenants vacate properties, ensuring homes are ready for inspections and new occupants.
Deep cleaning vacant residential properties
Cleaning kitchens, ovens, cupboards, and internal surfaces
Bathroom sanitising, descaling, and mould removal
Cleaning windows, doors, skirting boards, and flooring
Preparing properties to professional handover standards
Flexible part-time work, with assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours
Work is primarily available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities

£15 per hour
£18 payment per job for the use of your own equipment and cleaning supplies
Paid travel time where applicable
Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available)
Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Own cleaning equipment and supplies required
Reliable transport essential
Ability to communicate clearly in English
