The Role As a CSA Pin, you will be responsible for all our bowling equipment, especially our pins whether that be planned maintenance or fixing on the spot issues, whilst ensuring each of our 24 lanes are oiled on a regular basis, to guarantee that every customer has the best bowling experience. You will also be trained across all key areas of the centre, including serving behind the bar, working in the kitchen, and managing reception to book in customers, to ensure that you are able to provide support to the team and deliver the best possible customer service, when there are no technical tasks required. The ideal candidate will be a confident, friendly, and able to create an enjoyable atmosphere.
