Job Purpose
* Deliver a first‑class student experience and undertake impactful research and knowledge exchange.
* Lead and undertake curriculum development, professional practice placement activities, enterprise activity, research and other scholarly activities.
* Practice an inclusive approach and support an inclusive university community.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Design and deliver high quality, innovative and challenging learning experiences.
* Lead module delivery, curriculum development, personal tutoring, assessment, review and evaluation.
* Provide support for student placements, internships and work‑related activities.
* Coordinate and manage student clinical placements.
* Conduct research and scholarship relevant to the lecturing role or professional practice.
* Engage with business and professional networks to promote teaching, learning and research.
* Deliver pastoral care and project supervision of students.
* Plan and deliver curriculum using appropriate media and IT.
* Provide effective feedback, support and guidance to students to promote improvement of performance.
Research And Knowledge Exchange
* Conduct effective research and scholarship, generate income and align own research with teaching and learning.
* Collaborate with external partners, communities, professional bodies and employers.
* Engage in effective doctoral supervision and develop early career research.
* Produce peer‑reviewed conference and journal outputs.

Person Specification
Education, Qualifications & Training
First degree in a relevant field (Application). Doctoral level qualification or equivalent experience (Application). Recognised HE teaching qualification or fellowship by Advance HE (Application).
