Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing and Business Development Assistant to support and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive leads, and showcase the artistry and quality of our bespoke products. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in social media and content creation and the technical skills to independently deliver high-quality marketing outputs. Key Responsibilities Marketing • Contribute to content creation, including social media reels, copywriting, visual assets, and graphic design. • Regularly update the company website and blog with new projects, case studies, and relevant news. • Manage and expand the company's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. • Assist in the design and production of newsletters, brochures, and various marketing materials. • Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and printers as required. • Join project managers on site visits to capture behind-the-scenes content. • Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness. • Uphold brand consistency across all communications and ensure alignment with the company’s values and messaging. Business Development • Maintaining and updating the company’s CRM system with directory of contacts and stakeholders. • Assisting with arranging events at the showroom in London and New York. • Track industry events and ensure our presence at key events. • Make arrangements and support planning for any team member assigned to attend key events both nationally and internationally. • Assist with client service program (gifts, communication, organization, general tasks) Qualifications & Skills • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, though not essential for the right candidate. • Previous experience in a marketing or content creation role. • Demonstrated interest in digital marketing, social media management, and content development. • Strong skills in video editing and graphic design, with a sharp eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office tools. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong grasp of tone, grammar, and messaging. • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Creative mindset with an appreciation for luxury branding, design aesthetics, and premium experiences. • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to take ownership of marketing activities from day one. • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a small team.
