Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Industrial Gas Engineer to install, maintain, and repair industrial gas systems across a range of commercial and industrial environments. The role involves working with high-pressure gas systems, ensuring compliance with UK regulations, and supporting operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Install, commission, and maintain industrial gas systems (including pipework, valves, regulators, and appliances)
Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and fault diagnosis
Ensure all work complies with relevant UK regulations (e.g. Gas Safety Regulations, Pressure Systems Safety Regulations)
Carry out leak detection and system testing
Interpret technical drawings and schematics
Respond to emergency call-outs and breakdowns
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Promote and adhere to strict health & safety standards at all times
