Zest4, part of the $1bn-valued Focus Group family, is looking for a Customer Support Adviser to join our Cloud & Connectivity team at our Wilmslow office. You don't need a deep technical background — just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We'll handle the rest with a full structured training programme.
What you'll be doing
* Processing orders across our Cloud & Connectivity product range, including VoIP telephony and fixed line broadband
* Keeping customers updated on order progress and appointments
* Accurately inputting data into network and billing systems
* Providing customer service and basic technical support via phone, email and support tickets
* Getting involved in wider business projects as your confidence grows
What we're looking for
* At least 6–12 months' experience in an office-based customer-facing role
* Strong attention to detail — you take pride in getting things right
* A confident, friendly communicator on the phone and over email
* Genuine curiosity about technology and how things work
