Reablement offers Occupational Therapists the unique opportunity to work proactively with customers in their own homes to achieve greater independence, promote their well-being and minimise long-term care needs. As an Occupational Therapist, you will conduct strengths-based assessments, work with customers and their families to design and implement creative reablement plans to enable them to achieve their goals. The Reablement Service is led by occupational therapists alongside occupational therapy assistants and support workers, and benefits from support from our Principal Occupational Therapist.
