About the Role
We are seeking Account Managers and Full Time and Part Time Luxury Brand Ambassadors for Balenciaga Counters in Selfridges London and Birmingham. The roles involve upholding the brand’s reputation, delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and representing Balenciaga with professionalism and passion for luxury fashion.
Key Responsibilities
* Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the brand, including fragrances, ingredients, and heritage, to engage customers and drive sales.
* Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and storytelling of product features and benefits.
* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to create memorable experiences and foster brand loyalty.
* Visual Presentation: Ensure the retail space reflects luxury through impeccable visual merchandising standards.
Skills & Experiences
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
* Passion for the luxury brand and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
* Passion for fashion, fragrance, or beauty products is a plus.
