The company have been around for a number of years and have a great reputation within the industry. They have an excellent opportunity for a Project Technical Manager to join them on permanent basis, overseeing a range prestigious Residential schemes.
They provide excellent customer service standards, and dedicated to pushing the development of housing designs.

LOOKING FOR
* Looking for someone with experience in new build residential projects
* Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business
* Experienced and knowledge of Infrastructure, road works and facilities
* Good problem solver and work with minimal instruction
* Smart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customers
* Punctual, reliable and good practical skills
* Degree qualified or Equivalent
* Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for the daily design management of the assigned projects
* Prepares the Design Management Plan for the project.
* Overall management of the design process including technical design matters from pre-planning through to completion.
* Prepare scopes and participate in the appointment of Consultants, when required.
* Identify all surveys, site investigations and consultants that would be required on a project.
* Identify and manage design risks to ensure that they are mitigated in good time.
* Production and maintenance of design deliverable package programme.
* Support the Procurement and Construction teams.
* Take responsibility for site evaluation, architectural and engineering design.
