SALARY: £70,929 to £78,810
HOURS: Full-Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week or 40% of your time at one of our office sites

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our systems, processes and services deliver maximum value across the Group.

What you'll be doing
1. Manage the delivery of business support services or supplier relationships to ensure alignment with strategic goals
2. Manage budget responsibilities and contribute to financial planning and analysis
3. Act as a business partner to internal customers, supporting their needs and building strong relationships
4. Analyse data and identify trends to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes
5. Lead small to medium-scale projects within an established change programme
6. Recommend and implement improvements to policies, processes and practices

What you'll need
7. Experience in business support or operational delivery within a large organisation
8. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
9. Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
10. Proven track record of delivering projects or change initiatives
11. Understanding of compliance, governance and risk management frameworks
12. A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration
