iO Associates is looking for a SC Administrative Clerk for a leading UK-based technology company, this organisation delivers cutting-edge solutions in cyber security, electronic warfare, data analytics, and secure digital services, primarily supporting defence, government, and security sectors. Key Requirements:
* Manage travel arrangements for client personnel, including budgeting and providing general travel guidance
* Organise and coordinate site visits and conference bookings
* Assist the Chief of Administration Section Head, including acting as deputy when required
* Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, NATO Secret (NS) Security Clearance
Responsibilities:
* Demonstrated experience in administrative support or a comparable role
* Strong verbal and written communication with excellent interpersonal abilities
* Exceptional organisational and time management capabilities
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
