Job Overview
Branch delivering 3700+ hours per week. Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with additional on‑call duties on a rota basis. Location: Hammersmith & Fulham W6 7NJ. Salary up to £33,274.
What you’ll do
* Responsible for safe and legal delivery of service
* Uphold brand values in service delivery
* Implement London Care policies and procedures
* Manage Co‑ordinator and Supervisor alongside the Registered Care Manager
* Oversee training of care staff alongside the Registered Care Manager
* Organise and deliver Care Worker Induction Training alongside the Registered Care Manager
* Organise regular staff meetings with the Registered Care Manager and supervisors
* Ensure full compliance throughout the business
* Maintain the legal and ethical running of day‑to‑day operations
* Work within regulator legislation, standards and regulations
* Keep full and accurate records in accordance with legal requirements
* Conduct and monitor all appropriate assessments for new and existing customers
* Facilitate reviews of customers’ needs and requirements in line with guidelines
* Liaise with other health professionals as appropriate
* Plan and implement supervisions and appraisals in partnership with the Registered Care Manager
* Deliver development programmes to meet service needs
* Monitor health and safety in the workplace and in the field
* Share ultimate responsibility for all staff alongside the Registered Care Manager
* Implement and manage quality control systems, including stocks of uniforms, PPE and office stationery
* Administer complaints procedures with the Registered Care Manager
* Implement performance management protocols where necessary
* Take on‑call duties as part of a team on a rota basis, displaying flexibility
* Handle emergency on‑call issues effectively, covering absent care workers and recording all emergency calls for appropriate parties; audit various records
* Be available for all emergencies
