We are looking for a HR Data Specialist on a part time bases as part of a job share. The role is responsible for changes to employee electronic records on our HR Information System (iTrent). Able to offer an effective support service to end users of the iTrent system within the HR community. Undertake project work within the team and work under minimal supervision.
What you’ll do:
1. Ensure employee data changes are entered accurately and in a timely manner in line with payroll cut-off dates.
2. Managing cases in the HR Data Team queue of the Oracle RightNow system responding to queries within SLA’s.
3. Conducting regular cleansing activities on the iTrent data to maintain accuracy of the data. Involvement in system upgrades and UA Testing.
4. Ensure all activities are conducted in line with UK legislation including GDPR and Skanska’s Code of Conduct
5. Work very closely with other teams such as our HR Business Partners, hrDirect, Payroll, Pensions, Car Fleet, HR Systems and HR Reporting teams.
6. Train the HR community on iTrent systems i.e., iTrent, myDetails and People Manager.
7. Attend and contribute to meetings as required by the HRSD Team Leader and HRSD Manager
8. Participate in projects as requested including continuous improvement to the service we offer. Review and update Our Way of Working, Internal processes and working instructions to ensure they are always accurate
What you’ll bring to the role:
9. Previous data entry experience using HR Information System
10. High attention to detail, accuracy, and speed of input
11. Excellent customer service skills
12. Demonstrable planning and prioritising skills
13. A strong communicator both verbally and in writing.
14. Aptitude to learn new systems
15. Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
