Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join their team.
The successful candidate will have a solid background in manual inspection using tools such as vernier callipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMMs, along with strong all-round exposure to quality processes within a precision manufacturing or aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out first-off, in-process, and final inspections using manual and digital inspection equipment.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to ensure dimensional accuracy.
* Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for non-conformances.
* Ensure all quality processes comply with AS9100 / ISO 9001 standards.
* Assist in preparing FAIRs (AS9102) and other customer documentation.
* Support internal and external audits and maintain calibration and quality records.
* Work closely with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in quality performance.
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience as a Quality Engineer or Quality Inspector within aerospace, automotive, or precision engineering.
* Good understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.
* Knowledge of QMS systems (AS9100 / ISO 9001) and FAIR documentation.
