What Youll Do:
* Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the UK Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team to provide commercial and deal support.
* Team Empowerment: Recruit, lead, and motivate finance, procurement, and HR teams to achieve KPIs and meet deadlines.
* Financial Planning: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with Group reporting requirements and manage statutory reporting, including UK Statutory Accounts and tax returns.
* M&A Integration: Handle the financial integration of new mergers and acquisitions within the UK.
* Risk Management: Assess and manage financial risks, ensuring robust cash flow forecasting.
What Theyre Looking For:
* Qualifications: Degree-level education or equivalent experience, fully qualified member of a chartered accountancy body.
* Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a proactive, positive attitude.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, excellent time management, and effective stakeholder management.
* Personal Attributes: Team player, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Strong work ethic, analytical mindset, and focused on continuous improvement.
