The Role As Senior RVN, you will work closely with the senior veterinary surgeon to oversee the daily clinical and operational functions of the practice while remaining actively involved in all aspects of veterinary nursing. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the day-to-day running of the practice Leading by example and maintaining excellent clinical standards Theatre and anaesthesia nursing Inpatient care and patient monitoring Nurse consultations and Schedule 3 procedures Equipment maintenance and stock management Diary coordination and workflow organisation Mentoring and supporting junior team members Building strong relationships with clients and their pets This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RVN who wants more responsibility while continuing to fully utilise their clinical skills.
