Resource Advisor – Professional Services
Location: Milton Keynes (with some UK travel)
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 DOE

What you’ll be doing:
1. Partner with business leaders to understand client and project resource needs
2. Drive utilisation and advise on resourcing best practice
3. Balance conflicting demands to achieve the best commercial outcomes
4. Analyse utilisation reports and assist with forecasting and deployment decisions
5. Support onboarding of contingent workers and process improvements
What we’re looking for:
6. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
7. Previous experience in professional services (highly advantageous)
8. Commercial mindset with strong Excel skills
9. Ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage workload under pressure
10. Proactive attitude toward change and continuous improvement
