Interim Finance Manager Hybrid Working | Glasgow Area | Immediate Start Morgan Hunt are currently supporting a well-established housing organisation with the appointment of an Interim Finance Manager on a temporary basis. This is a broad and visible leadership role within a busy finance function, offering the opportunity to support operational delivery while contributing to wider strategic and organisational objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role across financial management, reporting, treasury activity, budgeting and team leadership. Key responsibilities include: Leading and managing the day-to-day finance function Budget preparation, forecasting and management reporting Treasury management and cashflow forecasting Supporting statutory accounts, audit and regulatory reporting Partnering with operational managers and budget holders Leading and developing finance staff Supporting business planning and continuous improvement initiatives Contributing to wider strategic finance and operational projects About you: Professionally qualified accountant (ICAS, ACCA, CIPFA, CIMA or equivalent) Strong financial management and statutory accounting experience Previous leadership or finance team management experience Comfortable presenting financial information to non-finance stakeholders Strong Excel and finance systems knowledge Housing, charity, public sector or regulated sector experience would be advantageous Treasury, covenant compliance or business planning exposure would be beneficial What's on offer: Hybrid working with 2-3 office days per week Immediate start opportunity Broad role with exposure across operational and strategic finance Supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunity to add value within a fast-paced and purpose-led organisation If this sounds of interest, please apply by submitting your CV or contact Erinne Bird MacKellar - at Morgan Hunt for a confidential discussion.
