As Campervan Brewery continues to grow, we are on the search for an additional Brewery assistant who can also take on some beer delivery duties around Edinburgh. The role will be hybrid, allowing the successful candidate to split their time, as needed, between assisting in the brewery and delivering products to customers. This is an entry level role, so no experience is needed. Although, an appreciation for beer and eagerness to learn would be a bonus.
Main duties include:
1. Movement of stock to our warehouse
2. Sending orders via courier
3. Keg washing
4. Driving and delivering beer to our trade customers
5. Delivering our spent grain to our local farmer
6. Assisting on brewing days and packaging tasks (kegging and canning) as needed
7. Ad hoc tasks where required
8. Holiday cover across the business
Essential:
9. Full, clean UK drivers licence
10. Presentable and friendly due to the customer-facing nature of this role
11. Ability to lift 25kg malt bags and move 50L kegs
12. Good organisation skills and ability to manage time effectively
13. A proactive and committed attitude to the role
Desirable:
14. Forklift licence
15. Basic beer knowledge
