We are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic and ambitious Candidate Manager/Resourcer to strengthen and grow our business. The job holder will be fully responsible for providing effective support to the Consultants, assisting with candidate resourcing, telephone interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and general Administration.
The successful applicant will play a pivotal role within the business by identifying candidates for staffing vacancies. You will be using a variety of tools to source individuals with the appropriate skills. These tools will include the internet, various job boards, CV databases, and networking.
The successful applicant must enjoy the challenge of resourcing appropriate candidates and have the ability to adapt to an evolving market. Although previous resourcing experience would be advantageous, applicants who have gained recent experience from a role where they have supported a busy ‘sales’ team will also be considered. This opportunity requires an intelligent, articulate and confident team player who strives to provide a service that is second to none. Strong initiative and solid decision-making skills are essential to your success within this role. You must possess excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
