Salary: £32,000-£35,000 (dependent on experience)
Role: Employment Relations Advisor – a hybrid role with travel across the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands, plus occasional UK-wide meetings.

Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, flexible working, attendance and capability issues. Support managers, Head Teachers and Registered Managers to deliver effective HR solutions. Manage a high volume of employee relations cases with accuracy and use HR metrics to influence decisions. Travel within the region and beyond to embed policies and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Significant experience as an Employment Relations Advisor in a fast‑paced environment, managing a high volume of ER cases.
* Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent.
* Independent decision‑making, practical solution delivery, and proactive problem‑solving.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Ability to build and maintain credible business relationships.
* Highly confidential, handling sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
* Well‑organised, able to manage multiple priorities and flexible travel.
