We are working with a well-established legal business, and they are looking for a confident and professional HR Assistant / HR Officer to join the business ASAP. The role would be ideal for candidates who are passionate about a career in HR and have c1-2 years’ HR administration experience, who are looking to move into a generalist HR role with scope to take on more responsibility. This is a hybrid role - 4 days office and 1 day home. Reporting into the HR Manager and providing support to c70 employees across the full employee journey - from HR administration, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, dealing with a range of HR queries and providing advice and guidance, policy development, employee wellbeing and assisting on HR projects.
