We are seeking to appoint a committed Early Years Teaching Assistant to work with us. The successful applicant must hold a relevant Early Years Qualification at Level 3 or above. You will be supporting the learning of pupils, including those with EAL and SEND needs. The successful candidate will: work closely with class teachers, support staff, and the school’s leadership team to plan, deliver, and assess high-quality learning across the primary curriculum (EYFS, KS1 and KS2) provide feedback to class teachers We are looking for a candidate who has: Level 3 or above Early Years Teaching assistant qualification experience working in a primary school or early years setting a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective behaviour management strategies experience of supporting pupils with SEND/EAL needs across different year groups the ability to work independently and as part of a team excellent communication and organisational skills a positive, proactive, and nurturing approach.
