Responsibilities
* Lead and manage complex child safeguarding cases
* Work closely with families, professionals, and community partners
* Prepare reports, assessments, and care plans with precision
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior social workers
* Attend the office for specific tasks and team days as required by the service
