Job Description
Finance Assistant responsibilities:
8. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports
9. Process staff and credit card expenses
10. Reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
11. Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in a timely manner
12. Support month-end and year-end financial close processes
13. Collaborate with team members to improve financial procedures and systems
14. Respond to internal and external financial queries efficiently

A successful Finance Assistant should have:
15. A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
16. Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications
17. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
