Store Manager – UK Visa Sponsorship
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Store Manager for a Domino’s Pizza location in Bathgate, UK. The successful candidate will manage daily store operations, leading a high‑performance team and ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
Salary: £35,000.00 – £37,000.00 per year
Required Experience & Attributes
* At least 5 years of senior management experience at a Domino’s UK location.
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and build a team.
* Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Major Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of the store to ensure seamless functioning.
* Take full responsibility for the FLM role.
* Train, encourage, and coach the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Handle stock control, inventory, and store ordering systems.
* Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene and health standards, including HACCP rules.
* Hire and coach team members to build a high‑performance culture.
* Respond to and enhance service and store performance with customer input.
* Achieve profitability by meeting sales, labour, and food cost targets.
* Implement marketing techniques and encourage upselling to maximise sales.
* Maintain compliance with Domino’s UK standards and rules.
* Prepare the store for a 5‑star OSA inspection.
